Email: bid.administration.lagos@exxonmobil.com Scope of Work: Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN), operator of the NNPC / MPN Joint Venture intends to award multiple contracts by materials category for the procurement of project materials to service the Offshore Construction and Installation Program (OCIP) on her joint venture concession areas in the offshore, Qua Iboe Terminal, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Interested and reputable companies with suitable and relevant experience are invited to apply for pre-qualification as a first step in the procurement process. The scope of work include but not limited to the following: source materials as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) representative or purchase from specified OEMs/ Authorised Distributors; undertake QA/QC (via third party agreement); warehouse (including preservation); and deliver the materials that will be required for the Offshore Construction and Installation Program (OCIP) works. Note: QA/QC of the materials will be performed by a third party agreement under the bidders sub-contract while freighting of the materials will be undertaken by a Logistics Service Provider. The QA/QC and Logistic Services sub-contracts are reimbursable to the vendor. Bidders shall bid by respective materials categories (i.e separate bid for each material category); however, award will be to a maximum of two (2) Material Categories. The following materials category have been identified for the OCIP program: CAT 1: Structural (Channels, Beams, Bars, Angles, Mate, Grating, etc) CAT 2: Piping/Fittings (Pipes, Tees, Elbows, Flanges, Gaskets, Bolts & Nuts, Branch fittings, Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Copper- Nickel, etc); Line pipes & bends (Topside only); Mechanical/Fittings (Valves, Chokes, Line access fittings, Actuated valves etc); Corrosion Protection (Anodes) CAT 3: Instrumentation & Electrical (I & E) Chart recorders, WHCP, flow meters, PSVs,Control valves etc The scope of OCIP contracts are: - Pigging facilities upgrades - Well slot addition facilities fabrication and installation - Gaslift facilities fabrication and installation. - Pipeline riser repairs - Facilities integrity repairs/modifications/upgrades post inspections - Boat landing replacement/refurbishment programs. - Tie-in of new satellites pipelines at various host platforms. - Platform piping repair, replacement, restoration programs - Any other associated Facility integrity projects The total duration of all work programs is approximately five (5) years. |
