The forthcoming Tender will comprise three discrete scopes of work which may be awarded separately or together as a single contract. 1- Maintenance Services for Company offices and staff accomodation buildings. - Maintenance, Inspection, repair and replacement of domestic utilities including electricity, Water, and Air Conditioning units, and security lights. - Maintenance, Inspection, repair, and replacement of Domestic HSES appliances including Fire Extinguishers. - SEPLG & SEDL offices and staff accommodation in Tripoli comprise two office buildings of 2600 m2 each, and one Staff House Building with 27rooms. 2- Maintenance Services for Staff family houses. ·- Maintenance repair and replacement of domestic utilities including electricity, Water, and Air Conditioning units, and security lights. - Maintenance, Inspection, repair, and replacement of Domestic HSES appliances including Fire Extinguishers. - Currently SEPLG rents approximately 50 family homes in Tripoli and surrounding districts. 3- Provision of Office Cleaning and Security Guard services. - Services for Company offices and Staff Accommodation buildings in Tripoli. |
