No.: 54.09.4064 Issue Date: 11-Nov-2009 Bid Closing Date: 20-Dec-2009 New Bid Closing Date: 23-Mar-2010 Fee: 100 USD Bid Bond: 1% From the total value of tender price Offer Validity: (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Bond Validity: (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work: Supply of effluent water treatment unit for Buzurgan crude oil treatment center, used to treat oily salt water leaving three stock tank oil Desalting units at above treatment terminal. - Scope of supply covers design, engineering, delivery of equipments CIP Missan, all necessary documents such as PFD'S, PID'S, isometric drawings & all required documents and assisting field construction & unit commissioning. - Scope of supply also includes training of MOC engineers to reduce field assistance also approval of project design & drawing before starting material delivery. Oily water coalescer vessel should be designed to reduce the oil content of the effluent water to less than 10 ppm by weight extra filtration through the filter system to get clear water with a particle size not more than 4 micros. The coalescer is maintained under a gas blanket using the same crude oil heater fuel gas at 4 kg/cm2. Excess gas is sent to the existing flare line. Where the treated water is discharged from the coalescer via the suitable water pumps (3x100%) with 100-125 m3/hr & 7-10 kg/cm2 discharge pressure interconnecting skid pumps piping include flexibility for a series operation if desired, also asuitable recycle to maintain a constant level. - The total crude capacity to be treated through three desalting units is (180,000 bbl/d + 10% water content). The coalescer should be askid mounted with a suitable vessel size to treat the crude at the above capacity. Skimmed oil discharged to wash tank inlet at a discharge pressure of not less than 6 kg/cm2 & 25 m3/hr via a three skimmed oil pumps (3 x 100%), automatic start & stop according to level. - Electrical system: Existing electrical supply 380v/50 HZ Available at the field. All required power & control cables to connect the pumps taking in to account the distance from field area to MCC 300 m full set of protection system for pumps local starting panels should be flame proof type, also lighting required for unit. Duplicate remote starters at terminal CCP 200 m from unit. L. T. distribution board in door, 400 V, 3ph, 3wire, 50hz, metal clad floor mounted with fully protected against earth fault, over current, short circuit and all necessary protections, the board should be consist of one incomer 400 A and three star/delta starters suitable for electrical skimmed oil pumps and three star/delta starters suitable for electrical water pumps and three spare circuit breakers. - Control system: Pneumatic full control system with all accessories required to operate the unit (locally) safely with automatic start & stop according to oil level of skimed oil tank. Also a suitable level control system for salt-water pumps & ability for automatic start for above pumps. Duplicate controllers & alarms required at terminal CCP for all protection system (electronic type). - Spare parts for two years. - Origin of all equipments should be: USA, UK, Germany, Italy, and France. |
