Scope | Bid Closing Date: 14 December 2009 Address: Sterling Global Oil Resources Limited, Plot 205, Abiola Segun Ajayi Street, Off Muri Okunola Street, V I Annex, Lagos, Nigeria Scope of Work: Sterling Global Oil Resource Limited (SGORL) operator of the OPL 277 PSC invites interested and reputable vendors with relevant experience and capacity for the AGU MAIN Field Development Project in OPL 277 Block. The Work is expected to commence in Q1 2010. The work locations shall be within SGORL’s areas of operations in the Niger Delta. The estimated duration of this contract is two years with an option to extend it for one year. Brief Description of EPCC Contracts & Supply: A) EPCC Contract for New Facilities (SGORL/277/EPCC-F/09): The Scope of Work involves the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and start-up of following Facilities. a. Packaged equipments:Bath Heater, three phase separators, Produced water treatment skid, Gas conditioning skid, Chemical Injection skids, Gas Flaring unit , pressure vessels b. Pumps, Engines & Motors: Centrifugal, positive displacement pumps with motor/gas engine , Water injection pumps and engine driven motors, Crude oil pumps/Motors etc; c. Civil: Civil construction of foundations , substation, structures including camp facilities etc. d. Interconnections : Supply Pipes and pipe fittings ,valves and accessories e. Electrical & Instrumentation: Gas and Diesel Generators, HT/LT cables, Lighting fixtures, Switch gears, Panels, Transformers for sub station/MCC etc. Instruments Gauges, Control valves, shut down valves, Instrument control cables, switches, Transmitters, receivers, RTDs, PLC, scanner, recorders and accessories, Fire & Gas Detection System, Metering systems etc; The activities shall include but not limited to the following: i. Verification of Basis of Design (BOD) provided by Company. ii. Endorsement and subsequent implementation of BOD through Detail Engineering. iii. Procurement of various material and equipment required for Completing the Scope of Work and their transportation to site(s). iv. Construction activities (Civil, mechanical, electrical & Instrument.). iv. Commissioning, Start-up, & Testing of the facilities. v. Training of Company Personnel. vi. Providing As Built Drawing, Documentation, Operation & Maintenance Manual B) EPCC Contract for New Pipeline (SGORL/277/EPCC-PL/09): The Scope of Work involves the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and start-up of following Pipeline items. a. SGORL shall supply Line pipes for Flow Lines & Export Lines. b. Various Pipe Line accessories like Valves, Fittings, Flanges, Inter Connecting Pipes, pig traps,., as per the latest API, ASTM, standards. c. Electrical cables, Lighting fixtures, Panels, cathodic protection system etc. d. Instruments like gauges, Control valves, shut down valves, switches, Instrument/Telecom cables/OFC cable, Transmitters, receivers, RTDs, PLC, scanner, recorders and accessories. e. LACT units & Metering systems. The activities shall include but not limited to the following: i. Verification of Basis of Design (BOD) provided by Company. ii. Endorsement and subsequent implementation of BOD through Detail Engineering. iii. Procurement of various material and equipment required for completing the Scope of Work and their transportation to site(s). Line pipes shall be supplied by SGORL. iv. Construction activities (Civil, mechanical, electrical & Instrument.). v. Commissioning, Start-up, & Testing of the Pipeline. vi. Training of Company Personnel. vii. Providing As Built Drawing, Documentation, Operation & Maintenance Manual C) Supply of various sizes of Flow Lines/ Line Pipes as per API 5L specification for OPL 277 (SGORL/LP/3500022/09): The scope of this contract shall include but not limited to the following: a. Supply of API 5L X52, Seamless, Bevel end line pipes of various sizes of schedule 40, 80 XS, 120 XS, 160 XXS. b. Provide technical details, material certificates from manufacturers & third party inspection/test certificates as listed in the scope of work. c. Line Pipes shall be externally coated with 3-layer anti-corrosion Polyethylene (PE) coating of density 940 kg/m3 confirming to DNV - RP -F106. 3L-PE thickness 3.20 – 3.70mm. |
