Bid Bond: 2.5% From the total value of tender price. Scope of Work: The works comprise design, detailed engineering, site survey, slit trenching, procurement, supply of all materials, tools and equipment, installation, testing and commissioning of two new Dry Horizontal Low Pressure Separators in place of the existing LP Dry Vertical Separators at Gathering Centre 1 (GC-1) in Burgan as summarized below and detailed in the contract: 1- Carry out Hazard and Operability studies (HAZOP), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study, Project Health Safety and Environment Review (PHSER) and SIL study for the complete system and implement its recommendation as described in the contract. 2- Supply, install and test and commission two new Dry Horizontal Low Pressure two phase separators conforming to API 12J, ASME section VIII Div 1, NACE standards MR-0175 and TM-0284 requirements in place of existing two LP Dry Vertical separators. 3- Dismantle and re-install the existing Engine Gas Scrubber Package along with its attached piping connections, accessories, instrumentation and appurtenances at the new proposed location, test and commission it. contractor shall prepare as built P&ID drawings before dismantling works and submit to company for approval prior to shifting. 4- All Mechanical and Piping works including all the associated piping, pipe supports and piping tie in works, rerouting of existing piping, expansion loop anchors and other miscellaneous works. 5- All civil and structural works comprising design and construction of reinforced concrete foundations for LP separators, Engine Gas Scrubber Package, pipe support foundations, steel platforms, grading, leveling and finishing the area around the new construction and other miscellaneous works. 6- All Instrumentation Works comprising supply and installation of all field instruments, control valves, ESD valves, safety valves, cabling and modification in the DCS, ESD, F&G and H2S system including additions / modifications to existing instrument air piping. 7- All electrical works comprising supply and installation of power distribution board, motor operated valves with associated power and cabling, lighting and equipment earthing. 8- Dismantling of two existing vertical dry separators along with attached piping connections, accessories, instrumentation and transporting to the company designated location. 9- All other works which could reasonably be deemed as necessary to provide the company with a complete, proven and operable facility, all as more particularly described in the Contract |
