In line with its efforts to support the development of business, Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has launched a new service to assist businessmen in drafting legal contracts. The service, which is open to all members and non-members of Dubai Chamber, is available at a reasonable price and drafted by experienced legal professionals. Contracts can also be drafted in one or two languages depending on the client’s need.
The service will help investors with the establishment of new companies by offering assistance in drafting their business formation contracts. Jehad Kazim, Director, Legal Services Department, Dubai Chamber, said: “When establishing a business, investors are statutorily obliged to enter into contracts comprising legally binding articles of formation. It is essential these contracts are drafted by experienced legal professionals to ensure they are clear, fair and valid and do not endanger the legitimacy of the business.
“Hiring legal professionals can often be costly and time consuming. However, our service is competitively priced, so businessmen can be sure they are getting a good deal as well as getting access to professional, experienced and skilled legal consultants. This gives them the peace of mind to get on with what they do best – running their new business,” she said.
