Egypt's trade unions bloc signed an agreement with its Libyan counterpart to protect the rights of Egyptian labor in Libya. Under the accord, the Libya trade unions federation will be sole supervisor of Egyptian workers in Libya.
Egyptians who seek work in the neighboring country must register themselves with the Libyan bloc in line with the agreement.Egyptian Trade Unions Federation chief Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Zaher inked the pact with his Libyan counterpart Wanis Mohamed al-Turki at the close of their talks in Cairo. |
