Chairman of the State Information Service (SIS) Ambassador Ismail Khairat asserted that the Kuwaiti, Arab and foreign investments in Egypt are safe and there are no fears about them, referring to the government's efforts to attract more investments, especially Arab ones.Khairat said in statements to MENA on 25/2/2012 that some Arab investors have taken serious steps towards establishing new developmental projects in Egypt.
During his visit to Kuwait on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of Kuwait National Day and the 21st anniversary of Liberation, the Egyptian diplomat highlighted the importance of propagating Egypt's religious tourism especially during the holy fasting month of Ramadan.Khairat added that he discussed with Kuwaiti Minister of Information Sheikh Mohamad al-Abdullah al-Mubarak bilateral cooperation via implementing an action plan which aims at pushing forward cooperation between the two countries in various fields, particularly media.
