Pursuant to the announcement of Prime Minister Kamal Ganzouri in his statement before the People's Assembly for achieving social justice, raising burdens on citizens and advancement of the institutions of society, Ministry of Education decided to upgrade 90,000 teachers in the 1st stage of the plan of promotions for teachers.The Cabinet also decided to allocate LE 7.7 billion for subsidized loans for crop production at 5% rate and to increase the quota to 0.1% starting from March.
Ganzouri's decision also aims to transfer population in the dangerous areas to other safe areas in a plan starts from June and include 11,500 apartments in several areas including October 6 city which includes 6,000 units in oases road.
