King of Norway Meets HE Qatari Prime Minister

King Harald V of Norway met at the Royal Palace here HE Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani. During the meeting, HE the Prime Minister conveyed greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani as well as of HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, wishing the Norwegian people more progress and prosperity.

For his part, King Harald V assigned HE the Prime Miniser and Foreign Minister to convey his greetings to HH the Emir and HH the Heir Apparent, whishing the Qatari people further progress and welfare. The two sides reviewed bilateral relations and means of enhancing them.

The meeting was attended by Members of the Qatari official delegation accompanying HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. Then King Harald V hosted a luncheon banquet in honor of HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani.
