Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade Mahmoud Eissa witnessed on 9/4/2012 the inauguration of the first line to assemble Japanese car "Toyota Fortuner" in the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI). The car industry and the other related-industries are promising in Egypt, said Eissa. Egypt is committed to the free market policy, Issa said, adding that January 25th Revolution qualified the country to receive more foreign investments. Selecting the AOI by Toyota to assemble the first Japanese car in Egypt asserts the trust of international companies to invest in Cairo, he said. Egypt and Japan have distinguished relations, said Issa, voicing hope that the coming stage would witness an increase in the trade exchange volume.
