Prime Minister Kamal el-Ganzouri held a meeting to discuss the present financial and economic developments in light with negotiations of the governor of the Central Bank of Egypt and communication minister in Washington with the International Monetary Fund and World Bank officials to receive $3.2 billion loan. The minister of communications and the governor of the CBE presented a report to Ganzouri about the talks with the IMF that were described as successful.
