African Water Ministers to Meet in Cairo

African water ministers will hold a conference in Cairo with the participation of 54 African water and energy ministers, 700 experts and a number of scientists in water, sustainable development, energy, environment and electricity. The two-day conference will be preceded by meetings by African experts on Saturday and Sunday. The fourth African week will be held on the sidelines of the event. Minister Qandil added that the conference will discuss water, drainage, environment, infrastructure of water resources, the use of water in generating power and improving irrigation.
