Bilateral Relations between Egypt and India

Osama Saleh, Chairman of “GAFI”, deal with R. Swaminathan, Indian Ambassador, to address “Mineral Wealth Authority” in order to coordinate with the Indian embassy to discuss ways to further the flow of Indian investments in this area.

Saleh said, in a press release issued, that he met with Indian Ambassador, who asserted his country's desire to discuss ways to invest in the field of petrochemicals, especially phosphate, stressing the importance of support mechanisms to communicate with the business community of India through such major conferences, as it represents the importance of the support relationships investment and commercial Egyptian - Indian joint, especially in attendance of representatives of Chambers of Commerce, Arab, Indian, and the Arab League, in order to present advantages of investment in Egypt and investment opportunities available in various sectors and governorates of Egypt.

On the other hand, Mr”ossama” agreed with the Indian Ambassador for the participation of a delegation from the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones at the third conference of the Arab Indian partnership, which will be held in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi during the period from 22 to 23 May.
