RAK Ruler Inspects Development Projects in the Emirate

UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah HH Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi has given directives to the officials to speed up the implementation of development projects currently underway in various parts of the emirate. He also directed them to implement the projects in accordance with the standards and specifications that will conform to the future development plans of the emirate contributing to the upgrading of public services to citizens.

The Ruler said that the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah has a development vision and plan to keep pace with the march of the overall development of the UAE which is based on work plans and schedules to meet the needs of urban expansion. He also stressed the need for concerted efforts, cooperation and coordination between local and federal departments and institutions so that the projects can be completed without delay.

The Ruler made these comments while making an inspectional tour Sunday morning to the sites of a number of development projects including roads and bridges implemented by the PWD in the emirate. He was accompanied by Sheikh Khalid Bin Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi.
