Dr. Rashid Ahmed bin Fahad, Minister of Environment and Water, discussed with Tatsuo Watanabe, Japanese Ambassador to UAE, ways of enhancing joint cooperation in areas of environment, water, renewable energy and sustainable development. The minister praised the role the diplomat played in boosting bilateral relations during his mission in the UAE. The out-going diplomat called on the minister to bid farewell at the expiry of his tenure in the UAE. He thanked the UAE authorities for the assistance and cooperation he received during his tenure.
