The Egyptian Exchange Stock (ESE) showed varied performance at closing on 7/8/2012 affected by the current gained around one billion pounds events in Egypt. The EGX 30 benchmark index edged up % 0.55 to close at 5049.51 points. The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) dropped % 0.21 to 448.92 points.
