Bilateral Relations between Egypt and Norway

Prime minister received Mr. Jonas Gahr Stourah Norway minister of foreign affairs and the accompanied delegation, the meeting was attended by Norway ambassador in Cairo. The meeting tackled ways of strengthening cooperation between the two countries in many issues in the Middle East, in addition to supporting Egypt in the issue of Nile water, and the situation in east Africa. Norway minister of foreign affairs mentioned that Egypt is a corner stone in the peace process in the Middle East as his country follow the political transformations in Egypt and will try to help in this field.
