Minister of Planning and International cooperation Ashraf el-Arabi assessed on 8/9/2012 with Director-General for Development Cooperation at the Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry Elisabetta Belloni the current standing of cooperation projects in preparation for President Morsi's visit to Italy.
The meeting took up the executive policies of the third phase of the Italian debt swap program which will fund food security, education, agriculture, environment and heritage sectors. The two sides also probed the possibility of the EU financing developmental projects in Egypt.
