The Egyptian Exchange maintained its bearish trend at the closing of trading on 4/11/2012 prompted by sales of Egyptian and foreign investors. The bourse lost EGP7.8 billion during trading. The EGX 30 benchmark index dropped by 2.24 per cent to close at 5,449.37 points.
