Qandil Discusses Developing Suez Gulf Industrial Zone

Prime Minister Hisham Qandil held on 19/3/2013 a meeting with a number of officials to discuss means of developing the Industrial Zone in North West Gulf of Suez. The meeting tackled ways to develop the zone and take advantage of the available lands in the area to attract foreign investments in order to create a number of industrial projects, said cabinet spokesman Alaa al-Hadidi. Hadidi said the general plan of the zone includes establishing housing units for labor, transport projects and a high-speed train. Qandil also discussed projects of east Port Said area, the spokesman added.
