H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Meets Egyptian Foreign Minister

H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Foreign Minister, met with Egyptian Foreign Minister, Nabil Fahmy.

During the meeting which was held in presence of Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, the fraternal relations between the two countries, and ways of advancing them in all spheres, were discussed.

H.H Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed was briefed by his Egyptian counterpart on the developments in Egypt and the government's efforts during this transitional period.

H.H Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed briefed the Egyptian Foreign Minister on the outcome of his meeting yesterday in London with the U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry.

H.H Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed emphasised the UAE's keen interest in making all possible efforts to support Egypt in various spheres in order to fulfill the aspirations and hopes of the people of Egypt, after 30th June in particular, for security, stability and progress.

The meeting was attended by the UAE Ambassador to Egypt, Mohammed Nakhira Al Dhaheri.
