Agriculture and Land Reclamation Minister Ayman Farid Abu-Hadid said that the number of contracts signed with the local wheat farmers for the current season hit 186,000.
In statements on 21/4/2014, Abu-Hadid said that the ministry seeks to receive 4.25 million tons of wheat from local farmers. He further said that the price for the ardeb was set at EGP 420. |
