Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has won the 19th Middle East eGovernment and eServices Award in the category of Mobile Applications Excellence.
The awards were presented at a ceremony held at The Ritz-Carlton at Dubai International Financial Centre. "Winning the Middle East 19th eGovernment and eServices Award underlines DEWA s commitment to developing smart services and reflects our successful approach to fostering creativity and excellence in providing high-quality smart services. The award reflects our successful approach to adopting innovation and excellence to provide quality smart services. It further demonstrates our commitment to become a sustainable world-class utility and to meet the aspirations of our prudent leadership, while ensuring the satisfaction of our customers," said Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of DEWA. DEWA launched its smart application in 2010, and since then has updated it several times. |
