Stock indices fell due to profit earnings by corporations in the housing sector, while the shipping and textile sectors were active.
The market capitalization lost LE2.6 billion to close at LE498.4 billion in transactions of LE822 million. The main EGX30 index rose fell by 27 percent, the small and medium stocks index EGX70 fell by 0.24 percent and the broader EGX100 index fell by 0.46 percent. |
