Minister of Finance Hani Qadri asserted that the government has all serious policies and projects to improve the performance of the Egyptian economy.
Addressing the second day of Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC), currently in session in Sharm El Sheikh, the minister said the conference aims at restoring confidence in the Egyptian economy. We have aspirations to build a future based on a vision inspired by our political leadership, he added. In less than a year, this government managed to succeed at all levels, the minister said, noting that the government worked hard to end bureaucracy that investors have suffered from. Finance Minister Hani Qadri said there are vast opportunities for investment and establishment of multilateral projects at a time when the government has introduced reforms to maintain the investors' confidence. He said there are projects in the infrastructure, agriculture, transport, harbors, water treatment and many others. |
