Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly said that the third contract of partnerships for the projects reached during Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) At EGP 35 billion investments will be signed.
In press statements, Minister Madbouly said that the contract's value of investments reaches EGP 30 billion while the expected revenues are estimated at EGP 35 billion. He added that the contract will be signed with an Egyptian major real-estate developer. The Minister explained that the project will be implemented in the New Cairo City. He noted that the remaining partnership contracts will be signed within two weeks. |
