As many as 63 ships transited the Suez Canal on 8/8/2015, two days after the inauguration of the new waterway, said Mohab Mamish, the chief of the Suez Canal Authority.
Some 26 ships were allowed via the new canal, said Mamish who was pleased for this large number. |
