Jordanian Labour and Tourism Minister Nidal Katamin and UAE Ambassador to Jordan, Bilal Al Bodour, have discussed ways of enhancing joint co-operation in areas of labour issues and exchange of technical expertise.
The Jordanian minister informed the UAE Ambassador of efforts being made by his ministry in areas of training, employment and labour market regulation. Also discussed were investment opportunities, development of work mechanisms and enforcement of labour agreements between the UAE and Jordan in a way that serve mutual interests. The Jordanian minister invited the UAE private sector to seize the investment opportunities on offer in the Jordanian market.
