Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) Tarek Amer said the bank will sell dlrs 1.5 billion dollars in a new exceptional auction at a price of 8.85 LE per dollar.
Amer said the new auction aims at covering the needs of customers dealing with the foreign currency in import operations. As many as 1,920 tourist of different nationalities arrived in Hurghada International Airport to spend a week in hotels and touristic resorts in Hurghada. |
