Minister of Petroleum Tareq al-Mulla said that inspected the digging works at Zohr Field at the Mediterranean.
The digging works aim at finishing the fourth well within the framework of digging six wells in Zohr to lead to the early production of Zohr Field by end of 2017 with a production capacity of one billion cubic meters of gas a day. After digging 14 wells in Zohr Field, the production capacity would hit 2.7 billion cubic meters of gas a day. The project would be carried out with investments of $12 billion. |
