President Abdel Fattah El Sisi held a meeting on 19/6/2016 with Prime Minister Sherif Ismail and Supply Minister Khaled Hanafy.
Sisi was reassured during the meeting that basic food commodities were available on the market during the holy fasting month of Ramadan, Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef said. The supply minister reviewed his ministry's measures to provide food products and make them available on the market, saying it pumped additional goods in all sale outlets at reasonable prices. The ministry increased subsidy offered to citizens by 20% in June in response to president Sisi's call to counter inflation in the prices of some food items, he said. |
