 Prime Minister Sherif Ismail chaired a meeting of the ministerial economic committee.
The ministers of planning, electricity, supply, petroleum, agriculture, finance, industry, tourism, public business sector, and investment took part in the meeting The premier affirmed his government's keenness on exerting efforts needed to encourage investment, create an attractive climate for more direct and indirect investments, and overcome obstacles that may face investors. The meeting reviewed actions that have been implemented in the framework of improving Egypt's rank in Doing Business indicators report of the World Bank. Some indicators are expected to achieve noticeable leaps, Investment Minister Dalia Khorshid told the meeting. |
