 The Egyptian Cabinet approved new measures to facilitate benefiting from the social housing project with the aim of meeting the needs of different classes of citizens.
The measures include three housing schemes, the first of them is meant to rent housing units to citizens with net monthly salaries that are less than EGP 1500. The second scheme targets people with net monthly salaries that are up to EGP 5000 for each family or EGP 4000 for single individuals. The third scheme, involving 20,000 housing units, will target members of the professional syndicates. |
