 Investment Minister Dalia Khorshid asserted that the government seeks to amend legislation to bring in all kinds of investments.
Speaking at “Egypt’s Economy” conference organized by the investment bank EFG Hermes, Khorshid said the new investment and the bankruptcy bills will be referred soon to the House of Representatives. During the conference, attended by 27 regional and global investment funds, the minister stressed the government worked over the past few months to develop the main infrastructure to provide an attractive investment context. The current strategy aims to lure all direct and indirect investments to achieve the desirable sustainable development goals, she noted. |
