Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Anas Al-Saleh arrived in the Bahraini capital Manama to take part in the meeting of GCC finance ministers tomorrow.
Upon arrival, Al-Saleh, was received by Bahraini counterpart Sheikh Ahmad bin Mohammad Al-Khalifa, Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain Sheikh Azzam Al-Sabah, members of Kuwait Embassy and senior Bahraini officials. Al-Saleh is also set to meet with Bahrain's Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa and Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa. Tomorrow's 106th meeting of the GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee will focus on conclusions reached by committees formed ad hoc to examine conventions to implement value added tax and selective taxation. The Kuwaiti delegation includes Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) Mohammad Al-Hashel and other senior Kuwaiti officials. |
