President Paul Kagame of Rwanda said hat Egypt is a major economic player on the African stage.
During a press conference with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Kagame said Cairo is also a key partner to Kigali’s efforts for a better AU future. Egypt plays a major role in making ‘positive changes’ that affect the African content, the Rwandan president reaffirmed.
