The Ministry of Finance (MoF) announced the successful pricing of the third international issuance under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Global Medium-Term Note Program.
The total amount of the third issuance was $11 billion (equivalent to SR41.25 billion) consisting of three tranches of Notes as follows: $ 4.5 billion (equivalent to SR16.88 billion) 7 years Notes maturing 2025, $3 billion (equivalent to SR11.25 billion) 12 years Notes maturing 2030, and $3.5 billion (equivalent to SR13.13billion) 31 years Notes maturing 2049. The issuance received significant interest from international investors, with the orderbook peaking at $ 52 billion (equivalent to SAR 195 billion). The issuance is expected to settle on or about 17 April 2018. |
