On the sidelines of his participation in the spring meetings of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund Governors Council, in Washington, Minister of Finance Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa met with BNP Paribas Bank Chairman Jean Lemierre.
They discussed ways of bolstering bilateral cooperation, mainly in light of Bahrain’s hosting of the regional headquarters of BNP Paribas for the Middle East and Africa. They also reviewed the current global economic development. |
