The service was launched in coordination with the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments through "Sijilat" system. The Industry Ministry pointed out that the service will be available during and beyond official working hours, which will allow receiving a greater number of transactions. The service will contribute to developing the advantages of investment environment and the launch of various commercial and economic activities in harmony with the objectives of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030. The service also provides the applicant to choose one of the documentation offices available via the system and send their draft contract of incorporation (i.e. articles of association) approved by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism to the office selected previously. The ministry noted that investors must agree in advance with the documentation office on the value of fees before selecting in the system. |
