Caretaker Agriculture Minister, Ghazi Zeaiter, pursued his visit to Damascus, as part of an official invitation to participate in the 60th Damascus International Fair.
Minister Zeaiter met with Syrian Trade and Economy Minister, Dr Samer al-Khalil, with whom he discussed means to enhance economic and agricultural relations between the two countries. Discussions also covered the issue of the export of Lebanon's bananas to Syria. Zeaiter extended an invitation to the Syrian Economy Minister to visit Lebanon, underlining the depth of relations between the two countries. |
