The value of Zarqa’s commercial re-exports stood at JD49.3 million in October this year compared with JD36 million in the same period of last year, according to official statistics.
President of the Zarqa Chamber of Commerce Hussein Shreim said the number of certificates of origin issued by the chamber and the chamber's office in the free zone area stood at 513. Shreim added that the exports consisted mostly of vehicles and their equipment, electric generators, industrial supplies, medicines and tobacco. |
