 The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) gained 4.7 billion pounds this week as the market capital went up 0.6 percent to 744.8 billion pounds compared to 740.1 billion pounds in the previous week.
The EGX 30 benchmark index upped 1.08 percent to 13,138 points, according to the weekly bourse report . The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) went up by 0.47 percent to 678 points. The all-embracing EGX 100 index also increased 0.48 percent to close at 1,699 points. |
