Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat stressed that Egypt's hosting the World Radiocommunication Conference 2019 (WRC-19) reflects the country's importance in international arena.
The event reflects also the appreciation of the international community to Egypt's digital status as well as the Egyptian cadres providing IT services, he noted. During a press release , Talaat said that the international event will tackle several issues of interest to the international arena including digital broadcasting and wireless communication systems, satellite industry and fifth-generation technologies. Egypt is a member in the Arab and African group countries participating in the event, the minister said following inking the agreement on Egypt's hosting the international conference. |
