His Majesty King Abdullah, accompanied by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, met with World Economic Forum (WEF) Founder and Executive Chairman Professor Klaus Schwab and Mrs Hilde Schwab.
The meeting, held on the sidelines of the WEF on the Middle East and North Africa, covered Jordan’s ties and partnership with the WEF, which have culminated in the Kingdom hosting this year the 10th WEF on the Middle East and North Africa since 2003. King Abdullah noted the importance of issues being discussed at the Forum’s sessions, with the participation of a number of head of states and over 1,000 business and political leaders, civil society institutions, and international and youth organisation from over 50 countries. Adviser to His Majesty and Director of the Office of His Majesty Manar Dabbas attended the meeting. |
