The US dollar exchange rate maintained its downward trend during transactions at private banks .
The dollar value has dropped about 1.31 pound since the start of the year. At the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr, the dollar rate stood at EGP 16.54 for buying and EGP 16.64 for selling. At the Commercial International Bank, the dollar rate went down by two piasters, registering EGP 16.52 for buying and EGP 16.62 for selling. The dollar price declined by one piaster to register EGP 16.54 for buying and EGP 16.64 for selling at the Arab African International Bank. The price was stable at the Bank of Alexandria, recording EGP 16.53 for buying and EGP 16.63 for selling. At the National Bank of Greece, the dollar exchange rate was down by one piaster, registering EGP 16.54 for buying and 16.64 for selling. |
