Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli directed officials to exchange Toktoks (rickshaw vehicles) with safe and licensed vehicles like the 'minivan' that uses natural gas.
The Ministry of Finance and bodies concerned will be tasked with putting the directives into effect. The program is envisaged to yield positive feedback through the provision of safe transportation and creation of thousands of job opportunities. The directives were issue during a meeting attended by Finance Minister Mohamed Maait, Local Development Minister Mahmoud Sharaawy as well as officials of bodies concerned. |
