The Cabinet approved during its weekly meeting a bill on reestablishing and restructuring all 19 industrial chambers that existed at the time when law no. 70/2019 has been issued on structuring the Federation of Egyptian Industries and the industrial chambers.
The move was made as per the second article of the law. During the meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, the cabinet endorsed the minutes of two meetings of a higher committee with regard to allocating compensations. The committee has been formed upon a decision from the prime minister. The compensations endorsed totaled EGP 510.8 million. The cabinet also approved legalizing the status of 62 churches and Coptic buildings. |
