 The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) announced that Egypt's annual inflation rate declined to 2.6 percent in September 2019, down from 4.9 percent in August of the same year.
In a statement released on Thursday, the CBE said Egypt's monthly consumer price inflation slipped to 2.3 percent in September 2019 against 0.4 percent in August 2019, and 0.06 percent in the same period last year. |
