Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,519.85 points marking a decrease of 3.19 points below the previous closing .
This decrease was due to the fall in the Commercial Banks Sector, Investment Sector, Hotels & Tourism Sector and Industrial Sector. Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 747.32 points marking a decrease of 1.21 points below the previous closing . Results indicated that 48 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,406,947 shares worth BD 244,110. Results also indicated that one Bonds transaction took place with a volume of 60,000 worth BD60,000 representing %19.73 of the total value of securities traded. Investors traded mainly in the Services Sector representing 30.56% of the total value of securities traded. |
